PratiThe ultimate, versatile nishing line for In-Mould and wet glue labels with an unwinder diameter of up to 1040mm. The servo driven die-cutting unit with a max. repeat of 28”, automatically re-registers a printed web to an accuracy of +/- 0.15 mm. The ultra-precise set-up of the die-cutting thickness is made possible thanks to the Gap Master device which guarantees a longer lifecycle of the flexible die. The servo driven matrix rewind ensures constant tension on the matrix is maintained. With a continuous working cycle thanks to the automatic interchangeable, vibrating delivery tray system, ALHENA adjusts to any label shape and implements a multi-shape collection system, more ef cient and cost effective than dealing with different stacking devices to handle different label shapes.
ALHENA is equipped with effective anti-static devices and packing is made easier thanks to direct access to the collecting tray.
