PHARMACHECK employs a unique system of 100% inspection which ensures the web moves only in a forward direction.The camera moves from its home position to a position just ahead of the fault. After the label has been replaced the camera then moves back across the faulty label re-scanning the area. Only when it is satisfied and job tolerances have been met, the camera returns to the home position and the machine proceeds with the job.One-way web motion, enabling up to 5 security vision inspection points including re-inspection and video alignment done according to the printed content. Back numbering with OCR inspection, video slitting inspection and an end-of-process “panic camera” all ensure ultimate product quality. Pharmacheck is ISO 15738- compliant and AMWHV-compliant.
