Why Quik-tool?
There are good reasons to use the new LP support system in your production, why?
- The Quik-tool HD pin grid prevents the LP from bending, especially when loaded during stencil printing. This leads to an even and accurate solder paste application.
- Quik-tool LP support prevents vibration of the LP in the SMD pick-and-place machine and thus prevents twisting or missing components on the LP
- Shortest Quik-tool set-up time and fully automatic operation individually re-supports each of your LPs, increasing not only line throughput but also quality. The quality of your production line is thus virtually operator-independent as well

- “Quik-tool” modules are available in 305mm, 381mm, 457mm, and also in 533mm length.
- HD pin pitch of 12 x 18mm, with enlarged pin support area for lowest pressure
- Reliable pin reset and low setup times due to higher pin weight
- Automatic mode or manual setup mode is freely selectable at any time
- OPTIFLOW automatic pressure control eliminates the need for pressure readjustment at the air manifold even after changing the number of modules used
- ESD-compliant pin support caps prevent component damage
- Extreme freedom from wear due to decoupled clamping cylinders from the pin guide
