Good is not good enough – a motto which has become a business philosophy. Within a few years, Christian Koenen GmbH has developed into the technologically leading manufacturer in stencil printing. In the air-conditioned production section, each year more than 25,000 stencils for SMD, wafer and LTCC technology as well as PumpPrint™ and Flex stencils are manufactured. For optimal production of the precision tool named stencil, the whole value chain is available: from the selection of the material up to traceability of the production processes. The Christian Koenen GmbH understand itself as a technological company with the focus on supporting the customers by optimizing their production process. The custom made precision stencils substantiate the technological progress.
Stencil production
Reliably high quality for the whole stencil portfolio, from wafer applications up to complex 3D stepped stencils, leaves no room for compromises. To guarantee the quality for the precision tool called stencil, we continuously keep out technology up to date. Integrated camera systems in the cutting lasers measure the positions of the cut apertures and permit later precise integration of additions. The whole production is completely airconditioned to exclude any effects of temperature during production.
