The XSD-F Series provides an answer to the growing demand for flexible sized cabinets. They can be built in virtually any size required, and utilize the same components and options as our proven XSD and XSDB Series. The XSD/XSDB/XSD-F series of dry cabinets deliver outstanding performance for drying components and PCB’s, as well as coatings, sprays, molding pellets and moisture absorbent materials of all kinds.
The 53 series is available with the option of remote operation and control of your drying cabinet. The 5000 series Dynamic Drying Unit reaches very reliable, low humidity values of ≤ 0.5% RH and automatically regenerates when necessary.
As a result of an insulated double metal sandwich construction a precise temperature of 60°C can be reached with a very low power consumption.
A radial fan and heater supports the drying process and maintains a balanced temperature and moisture level throughout the cabinet. The relevant process data is obtained by use of an accurate Rotronic sensor.
